Introduction 专题介绍

The assembly process is the final part of mechanical equipment manufacturing. As the increase in the stability, reliability and safety of mechanical equipment, the impact of assembly results on equipment performance has become a research hotspot. In aerospace equipment, there are many types of assembly systems such as bolted structures and riveted structures. During the assembly process, the system achieves the designed position, shape, and mechanical conditions and forms the assembly state. During service, the assembly state of the system gradually evolves with time and load changes. By establishing assembly system state analysis and performance evaluation methods, we are able to provide an effective way for assembly process design, structural performance evaluation, and equipment reliability optimization. This special session aims to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, ideas, and best practices related to assembly system state analysis and performance evaluation in aerospace engineering. Through this session, we hope to create a collaborative environment that will drive progress and innovation in the field of aerospace assembly system analysis.
