PLEASE DO FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! OTHERWISE YOUR PAPER MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED BY MEAE 2023.

* Prior to make the submission, please prepare your submission according to the Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. Regular registraion fee only covers one 7 pages paper. Addtional pages will cost extra fees.

* English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

* The submission will be confirmed and assigned with a Paper ID by the conference secretary from meae_conf@163.com within 3 working days after submission.

* At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.

* The reviewing process of the MEAE conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings. 

* Papers for presentation only must be submitted by abstract at least. 

 

* Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.
